Well now!! This is really something. Here I am, a long time (LONG time) beer/ale afficianado, and my upstart son is taking up homebrewing before me!
Best of luck, and I expect an opportunity to sample… you hear me??!!??
Dad
Even though this was not that bad I really hope that the next is much better…. Pat & Tom’s Hoppyweizen!!!!
Congrats on your first batch of homebrew. Nothing quite like catching a buzz on beer you made yourself. Cheers! Thanks for the comments on my blog, of course you can link to my site.
Will you be making a Belgian Wheat?
At some point I most definitely will. Currently I have a pumpkin ale in bottles which should be ready this weekend. The next beer however will most likely either be a porter or stout. We want to do a dark beer.
